Alzheimer and Dementia Visiting Regular visits to people with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, for respite and companionship by trained volunteers
 
Caregiver Supports Peer support groups, education, and training for family members, service providers, and caregivers * sessions may include information such as advanced directives, safety issues, housing options, caregiver wellness and more

SMART Exercise and Falls Prevention Program Offers group exercise to older adults and individuals with mobility issues or chronic conditions. Classes focus on improving balance, flexibility, strength and coordination to help people maintain independence as they age.
 
Volunteer Visiting Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities, who live alone * volunteers visitors are matched one-to-one with clients to provide companionship and support * visits may also include activities outside the home
