| Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Adults 18 years and older with an acquired brain injury (exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis for people 16-18 years) * must be medically stable * must have potential to improve through rehabilitation process * must be committed to participating and have identified rehabilitation goals that can be met within 12 months * must have tolerance for support sessions lasting at least 60 minutes * must have family/caregiver commitment to participate where applicable | ||
