Effective April 22/2025 our Wingham clinic will relocate to Royal Oaks Wellness Centre located at 131 John Street East, Room 3, Wingham Ontario. Parking lot is located off the Frances Street entrance). Our Stratford clinic is located at 61 Lorne Ave East unit 4 Stratford Ontario. Nursing care provided in-home for patients who meet exclusion criteria for clinic.
