South Cate Centre is a registered, non-profit charity, and a member of OACAO, providing fitness, health, social, recreational and leisure activities to persons 50 years of age and older. The services we provide improve overall health and well-being of older persons, promote physical activity, reduce social isolation, reduce the incidence of elder abuse and victimization and enable older persons to live independent and dignified lives.
